**Online reservations will close Thursdays at 10:30 pm for that Friday's Cosmic.
**Any unfilled online spots will be available the next day by phone (509.884.3593).
**We will still take waitlist calls over the phone (509.884.3593).
**Lanes will be held until 10:30 pm for those that have reserved online; after that reserved lanes will be opened up to waitlist and walk-ins. ​

"Day Of" Phone In Reservations
Those that do not book online by the Thursday before the event will pay = $25/bowler day of. Day of phone reservations will be available in the event that not all online slots are booked.

REFUND POLICY
**If you are unable to keep your online reserved reservation and want a refund...

100% Refund: You must call Eastmont Lanes by that Thursday at 10:00 pm and talk to a Front Desk staff member. Voicemails will not receive refunds.

50% Refund: Cancellations made any time of day on the date of the event (Friday) before 3 pm will receive a 50% refund. You must call Eastmont Lanes and talk to a Front Desk staff member.

NO Refund: ALL cancellations made after 3 pm on the date of the event (Friday) will not be refunded.

NO Refund: All "no shows" will forfeit their right to a refund.

ALL cancellations must be made by calling Eastmont Lanes at 509.884.3593 and speaking with a Front Desk staff member.

Voicemails will not be considered acceptable forms of cancellation.

Approved refunds will be issued to the same card used to make the reservation. No cash refunds will be given. Refunds can take up to (3) to (5) business days to be processed by the bank. Refunds will be submitted on the following business day after the event (Monday).
