"Early Bird" Online Booking Price

**$20/bowler

• Must book before Friday (Online booking closes Thursday nights at 10:30 pm - the day before the event.)

• Shoe rental included

• We will place up to 6 bowlers per lane.

• Bumpers are available for those 9 and under.

**Online reservations will close Thursdays at 10:30 pm for that Friday's Cosmic. 

**Any unfilled online spots will be available the next day by phone (509.884.3593).

**We will still take waitlist calls over the phone (509.884.3593). 

**Lanes will be held until 10:30 pm for those that have reserved online; after that reserved lanes will be opened up to waitlist and walk-ins.

• If not all online spots are filled, we will accept phone in reservations the Friday of the event.

REFUND POLICY

**If you are unable to keep your online reserved reservation and want a refund...

•  100% Refund: You must call Eastmont Lanes by that Thursday at 10:00 pm and talk to a Front Desk staff member. Voicemails will not receive refunds.

• 50% Refund: Cancellations made any time of day on the date of the event (Friday) before 3 pm will receive a 50% refund. You must call Eastmont Lanes and talk to a Front Desk staff member. 

• NO Refund: ALL cancellations made after 3 pm on the date of the event (Friday) will not be refunded. 

• NO Refund: All "no shows" will forfeit their right to a refund.  

• ALL cancellations must be made by calling Eastmont Lanes at 509.884.3593 and speaking with a Front Desk staff member. 

• Voicemails will not be considered acceptable forms of cancellation.

Approved refunds will be issued to the same card used to make the reservation. No cash refunds will be given. Refunds can take up to (3) to (5) business days to be processed by the bank. Refunds will be submitted on the following business day after the event (Monday).

Forgive Us...

In an attempt to streamline Cosmic Bowling check in and curb the high number of "no shows" we were experiencing, we attempted "online reservations" at a by the lane price. You, our customers have expressed that you are unhappy with the per lane pricing.We value our cosmic customers and staff! We still want to streamline things and make the check in process easier for both. Cosmic Bowling will go back to a per person price effective for the 7/11/2025. Reservation "no shows" are a huge problem and tie up lanes until we can contact "waitlist" customers and offer to them. This is not fair to our cosmic staff or those that truly want to come and enjoy cosmic. So, we will be offering an incentive for customers to book online before the scheduled cosmic date.  Those that choose to book early, will be offered:
